Hello all!
Wow, this holiday season is fast approaching and I’m wondering if others feel as crazy busy as I do.
There is a lot happening very quickly and I’m wanting to let people know of some amazing Mayan Healing
(Arvigo Therapy®) opportunities coming up all over the country, if people are keen.
First off, there are several Arvigo Self-Care courses arriving on both the North and South island soon! These
snuck up, literally as of just two weeks ago, I got notice and was invited to co-teach with Heather Bruce from
Greymouth, NZ. It is such an honor to get to work with Heather as she is an acupuncturist of 35 years and
Arvigo therapist among many other things. You can learn more about Heather from her website:
http://www.heatherbruce.com.au/
The Self-Care course is the pre-requisite class for those that want to go farther into their Arvigo Training and
offer this healing work to others. Please note, that to take this work to the professional level (working on
others) you must have training and a diploma to do body work of some kind either as a Reiki practitioner, nurse,
or massage therapist to name a few options. Basically a competency to work on the human body. However, a
desire to work on others isn’t necessary to take Self-Care and this work is profoundly rewarding and healing for
those that come strictly for themselves.
Self care is an amazing way to connect with the self and get profound and deep healing with your own body,
plus learn more about an ancient healing modality from the Mayan of South and Central America. Each course
offers a 30 min hands on personal treatment.
Dates and locations of Healther’s Self Care trainings are:
1.Hawks Bay, Dec 4-6th, 2015.
Fri (6.30 – 9.30 pm)
Sat (9.30am – 6pm)
Sun (9.30am – 4pm)
2. Greymouth, January 8-10th
Fri (6.30 – 9.30 pm)
Sat (9.30am – 6pm)
Sun (9.30am – 4pm)
3. Timaru, January 15-17th
Fri (6.30 – 9.30 pm)
Sat (9.30am – 6pm)
Sun (9.30am – 4pm)
Second, I will be in Wellington from Dec. 12-13th offering a Holiday Special on Arvigo Initial intakes. 2 hrs for
$160 (Normally $180). Because I will be flying from out of town, with minimal luggage allowed, clients will need
to bring their own sheets or towels, including 1 pillow case. Please book online at http://aroha-
acupuncture.co.nz/. There is a little booking button in the middle of the page. Please share and if you know of
any organizations I should be reaching out to, to spread the word please let me know!
Third, I am exploring working in Tauranga on a fort nightly Monday at 775 Cameron Rd. My first treatment day
is today at Wild Herbs, right across from Wild Organics Grocery Store. This may only be a temporary thing if
business is slow but if you are keen feel free to reach out.
Fourth, I will be at Prana Festival both as a presenter and offering Arvigo Mayan Belly Healing's and or massage
treatments. Check out http://www.prana.nz/ to buy tickets and to find out more about the neat line up of
other presenters, music and arts. Dates are Dec. 30th 2015 - Jan. 3rd, 2016.
For now, that’s all the happenings. Stay tuned for another health journal written soon!
Kind regards,
Elizabeth
