Arvigo® Mayan Abdominal Therapy Rates:
Note: not appropriate if pregnant under 21 weeks. If you have a Marina (IUD) or abdominal mesh you must inform the practitioner before the session as the massage must be modified. Please remove any removable implants such as pessary and certain forms of birth control before the session.
Can be done on babies and the very elderly. The work is gentle and goes at the pace of the recipient.
* Initial Evaluation & Treatment for Adults: 1.5 hrs
Includes comprehensive health intake, evaluation and consultation, hands on treatment, self-care massage one-on-one coaching, take home modalities to do at home.
* Special for Prepaid packages of 3 sessions (initial session plus two follow ups):

Packages are ideal for Fertility, Prolapse, Period Pain/Endometriosis, PCOS, Digestive, Fibroids, and/or
Adhesions. Some conditions and cases will require more than three sessions.
Treatment includes in-depth pelvic/abdominal/reproductive health assessment, hands on treatment, self-care coaching, take home care suggestions to deepen the work, plus online email and/or phone support up to 5 emails and 1x 15 min phone call (not including initial free consult).

*Accepted forms of payment include fpos, cash, or credit (note 3% is added ontop). Gift certificates are available upon request. If it's your birthday please let me know and you'll receive $10 Off any treatment of choice.
Important Note About Arvigo:
Arvigo® Mayan Abdominal Massage is not appropriate if you are pregnant less than 21 weeks or suspect
pregnancy. You Must let your practitioner know if you have a Merina (IUD), sling, abdominal mesh or any other
foreign material device in the abdominal area as the technique must be modified and is sometimes not
appropriate in certain cases. Always ask if in doubt. It is ok to come if menstruating but let the practitioner
know.
* If you are new, please make sure to arrive early or print and fill out the new patient
intake form before arrival. The completed form is important before starting any treatment to rule
out any contraindications to massage. It is for your safety and comfort. Contraindications are rare
but still important to check for. Extra forms are available at the office but remember to arrive early
so if I have another patient right after you we do not use your table time for filling out the forms.

Elizabeth also does Chair massage. Feel free to enquire directly about a chair massage rental for
your corporate or private event. Chair massage rental for special events is $90/ hr, with a 1.5 hr minimal booking
required. This price is for Wellington area bookings only. For an event that requires further
travel than the Wellington area please contact me for prices.
